Sunbeam Sultanas are produced from the Thompson Seedless or Menindee Seedless variety of grapes. It requires 4kg of fresh grapes to produce 1kg of Sultanas. No sulphur is used in the drying process of Sultanas. Sultanas can be used in an endless variety of foods, perfectly complementing traditional cakes, breads, cereals and biscuits, as well as meat, fish and desserts. They are also ideal just as a snack on their own.
